CHADRON, Neb. - Sarah McGinley scored a team-leading 21 points on 6-of-6 shooting from the floor and 4-of-4 shooting at the charity stripe as Westminster women's basketball (9-5, 8-2 RMAC) wrapped up its three-game road trip with a 71-59 win at Chadron State on Monday afternoon a the Chicoine Events Center.
McGinley's 21 points included 5-of-5 shooting from long range and a team-high seven boards. Westminster finished the game 7-of-12 (58 percent) from deep and 23-of-46 (50 percent) from the floor overall as a team.

Rae Falatea went 4-of-9 from the field to finish with 10 points on the afternoon.
The Griffins went into the halftime break with a 33-21 lead after holding Chadron State to just 4-of-16 (25 percent) shooting overall and 1-of-7 from three in the second period. Westminster then held the Eagles to just 3-of-12 shooting in the third period to carry a 19-point advantage into the fourth. Westminster finished the night with 12 steals and put up 19 points off of Eagles' turnovers.
Westminster will be back at home this weekend as it gets set to host Western Colorado on Friday followed by Fort Lewis College at Behnken Field House, both games tipping-off at 5 p.m.
