SALT LAKE CITY - Westminster will see five nationally ranked and nine regionally ranked teams in Golden, Colo., this weekend for the 2021 RMAC Cross Country Championships which will be hosted by top-ranked Colorado School of Mines at the Applewood Golf Coursed on Saturday beginning with the women's 6k race at 10:40 a.m.

- Cost - There will be no charge for spectators to attend
- Parking - Golf course parking will be closed to the public. All spectators are required to seek street parking along neighboring side streets.
Last Time Out:
- Westminster finished in first-place as a team with five runners finishing in the top-35 overall and an average 5k time of 18:32 at the Tiger Open hosted by Fort Hays State University. This year's field at the annual FHSU invite included a record-breaking 17 total teams that consisted of four nationally ranked and six regionally ranked teams.

Saydi Anderson went on to earn RMAC Runner of the Week honors after finishing in third-place at the Tiger Open with a 17:50.21 5k.

Courtney McAlindon crossed the finish line 13th overall at 18:22 and
Hannah Rohrer-Fitzhugh followed close behind in 22nd at 18:36. McAlindon had finished first just weeks earlier at the CMU Maverick Invitational with an 18:39.61 5k, a meet at which the Westminster women also took first-place as a team.

- This year's RMAC Championships will boast a field that includes six nationally ranked teams.
- Top-ranked Adams State headlines a group that also includes No. 4 Colo. School of Mines, No. 6 UC-Colorado Springs, No. 7 CSU Pueblo, No. 10 Western Colorado and No. 19 Colorado Christian.
- Westminster remained at No. 9 in this week's South Central Region rankings and 10th-ranked MSU Denver made it eight of 10 regional rankings occupied by RMAC schools heading into conference championships.
