Box Score ESPANOLA, N.M. - The Westminster Griffins improved to 2-0 for the second consecutive year with an 80-58 win over Northern New Mexico on Saturday afternoon. It is also just the second time in school history they have been 2-0. Northern New Mexico cut the Westminster lead to 11 in the second half, but the Griffins dominated the final 12 minutes and put away the first year program.

Westminster now gets set for the home opener on Saturday, November 1. The Griffins will host the College of Idaho in the Behnken Field House at 6:00 p.m.
