Westminster University Athletics

Lexi Burns enters her first season as a Volunteer Coach with Westminster University’s Women’s Lacrosse program. A Utah native, Burns continued her playing career at Utah Valley University, competing as a defensive midfielder. During her time at UVU, she was named to the All-Defense Second Team and helped lead the program to a national championship during the 2022-2023 season.

Burns has continued to develop her coaching experience throughout Utah, working with programs including Corner Canyon, Force Lacrosse, and Herriman High School. In 2024, she co-founded South City Lacrosse, one of the first high-school lacrosse clubs established in Utah County. Through her playing and coaching experiences, Burns has developed a passion for helping athletes grow both on and off the field.
