- Played in 10 games as a true freshman libero & defensive specialist.

- Committed to Westminster in April of 2020 while attending Paso Robles High School in Paso Robles, Calif., where she graduated with honors in 2020.
- Honored with the 2020 Phil Nixon Volleyball Award.
- Voted defensive MVP 2016-19 and was Honorable Mention All-League as a Libero in 2020.
- Recognized with 2020 Scholar-Athlete Award

- Born April 20, 2002.
- Daughter of Chris and Holly Prieto.
- Has two siblings, Scotty and Casey Prieto.
- Her favorite sports team is the New York Yankees.
- Her hobbies include hiking and fishing.
- She also played softball and basketball growing up.
- Sophia spent time volunteering at a retreat working with Foster Youth which inspired her to pursue neuroscience and a pre-medical undergraduate curriculum.
