Before Westminster
Stearman joined the Griffins from Cottonwood Heights, Utah, where she attended Brighton High School. As a senior, the 5-foot-3 libero helped the Bengals to a fourth-place finish at the Utah 5A State Championships. Stearman was named Second Team All-State and First Team All-Region. She was also named Academic All-State.
