Before Westminster
Christensen came to Westminster from Salt Lake City where she attended East High School. The 5-foot-4 defender was named first team all-state by both Salt Lake newspapers after helping her team to the semifinals of the Utah 4A State Tournament. Christensen was named the Region 6 Defensive MVP as a senior after helping her team allow just 1.11 goals per game.
