Biography
Coach Comments: Joaquin is quickly becoming one of our most dependable close defensemen. Our most coachable athlete, Joaquin has worked himself into the line up earlier than expected. Off the field he is the hardest worker on the team and completely embodies the concept of team before self.
Freshman Year (2011): He played in 15 games … collected nine ground balls.
Before Westminster: Played a long stick midfielder and close defense during his varsity seasons at Judge Memorial Catholic High School … was made captain and was named most influential player his senior year … also played for Utah Select travels team for two years.
Personal: Was born on July 7, 1992 to Joaquin Sr and Erica Mixco.
