2021 - Junior
- RMAC all-academic honorable mention.
- Played in all 12 games, starting in four.
- Finished the year with seven goals, six assists, and seven ground balls.
- Had a season-high four goals at Lake Erie and a season-high two assists at Mercyhurst.

2020 - Sophomore
- RMAC all-academic honorable mention.
- Played in all seven games.
- Finished the season with two goals and six ground balls.
- Season-high three ground balls vs. CSU-Pueblo on Feb. 21.

2019 - Freshman
- RMAC regular season and tournament champions.
- Played in all 17 games.  
- Debuted at Univ. of Montevallo on Feb. 1 and finished the year with nine goals, three assists, five ground balls, and two caused turnovers.
- Scored his first goal and had two assists at Alabama-Hunstville on Feb. 2, also had a season-high two goals vs. Colorado Mesa on Apr. 6. 

Before Westminster
- Committed to Westminster in June of 2017 while attending Glencoe High School where he also was a basketball standout. 
- Played club lacrosse for Awestruck Lacrosse under coach Kyle Tolzman.

Personal
- Born January 7, 2000.
- Son of Rebecca and Robert Brauer.
- Has one brother, Jake and one sister, Tessa Johnson.
- Dylan is a big Trail Blazers and Damian Lillard fan.
- He played basketball growing up and loves to ski and hike.
- His absolute favorite food is an Oregon Special. The Cafe Yumm bowl. He makes at least three a week for himself.
