Colin Maxfield enters his inaugural season as an assistant coach at Westminster University for the 2023-24 season.

With valuable experience gained at Utah Valley University, where he served as the Associate Head Coach from 2021 to 2023, Maxfield contributed to UVU's impressive 9-4 record during the 2021-2022 season, showcasing a Top 10 GAA Defense in the MCLA.

Prior to his role as the Associate Head Coach, he was at Southern Virginia University's Defensive Coordinator/ Recruiting Director he was responsible for coaching all defensive personnel in daily practices. Organizing and preparing defensive terminologies and schemes. Creating multipage scouting reports for opponents requires 25+ hours of film breakdown per opponent. Coaching and organizing defensive personnel during games.
