Spencer Jackson joined the Westminster University men's soccer staff in 2025, bringing seven years of coaching experience across collegiate and elite club environments.
In addition to his role with the Griffins, Jackson serves as Head Coach of the U16 boys program at Utah Athletic's Elite Academy, where he led the team to a #1 national ranking in the Elite Academy League. He also assists with the #4 nationally ranked U20 team in the USL Academy.
Prior to his current roles, Jackson served as Head Coach of U13 and U15 teams at Riverside City Football Club from 2017 to 2020, guiding the U15s to the Surf City Cup Championship in 2019. Before that, he was an assistant coach at HEAT FC, where he contributed to a 2017 State Championship.
As a player, Jackson competed at the NCAA Division I level as a midfielder at UNLV, where he was a WAC Conference Tournament Champion and reached the NCAA Second Round in 2016. He previously played at Colorado Mesa University in the RMAC, earning RMAC Offensive Player of the Week honors in 2013 and contributing to a Regular Season Championship and NCAA Semifinal appearance in 2014.
Jackson holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from UNLV, where he was a President's List honoree and athletic scholarship recipient.
