2011–12 (Freshman): Appeared in 17 games off the bench … averaged 1.9 points per game … finished season with five assists and four steals … shot 42.1 percent from beyond the arc with nine makes … scored career high eight points on 2-of-2 from deep against Northern New Mexico (11/4) … finished with six points on two threes against Lyndon State (11/25) … had six points against Great Falls (2/25) … totaled five points at Montana Western (3/2).
Before Westminster: Moon is from Burley, Idaho where he attended Burley High School. He was twice named to Idaho 4A Player of the Year and twice won the Idaho State Championship. As a senior, Moon averaged 15 points and seven assists per game. He was selected to the Idaho State High School All-Star Basketball Game as a senior and graduated Burley with a 3.85 GPA.
