Before Westminster: Pappas came to Westminster after leading Carbon High School to the Utah State 3A Championships title game. In her senior season, Pappas averaged 20.1 points 5.2 rebounds, 5.1 steals, and 3.1 assists per game. She was named the 3A MVP by The Salt Lake Tribune and was a First Team All-State Selection by the Deseret Morning News. Pappas was named a McDonald’s All-American Nominee and was an Academic All-State recipient. She scored 1,022 points in her career at Carbon.
