Before Westminster: Woodard is transferring to Westminster after spending last season at Sacramento City College. The 5-foot-10 guard is from Richmond, Calif., where he prepped at Terra Linda High School before playing at Skyline Community College as a freshman. Last season at Sacramento City College, he averaged 10.7 points per game while shooting 42.1 percent from the floor and 35.1 percent from three. Woodard made 46.4 percent from deep in conference games and finished third in the state of California by making 88.9 percent at the foul line.
