2010–11 (Freshman): Made 27 appearances off the bench ... averaged 4.1 points per game ... shot 44.4% from the floor and 38.7% from beyond the arc ... had four games scoring in double figures ... had 11 points and two rebounds against San Diego Christian (11/5) ... scored 16 points with four threes against Warner Pacific (11/26) ... posted 11 points with three triples against William Jessup (12/3) ... recorded 13 points versus Montana Western (1/8) ... had nine points with three makes from deep against Rocky Mountain (2/10).

Before Westminster: Rainbird is a 6-4 guard from Blenheim, New Zealand. He attended Nelson Boys College where he averaged 21.5 points, eight rebounds, and five assists during his senior season. He shot 42% from beyond the arc and was selected to participate in the New Zealand High Schools 3-point competition. Rainbird was named the Marlborough Basketball and Nelson College Basketballer of the Year. He scored a career-best 64 points in a game against Richmind Academic.
