The Wellness and Performance Science Program applies evidence-based practices and principles to enhance the overall health and well-being of student-athletes while also improving their performance in various areas of life, such as sports and academics. Based on the latest scientific research, this program provides individuals with the necessary knowledge, skills, and tools to achieve their wellness and performance goals.
