HOLISTIC DEVELOPMENT
The Wellness and Performance Science Program consists of the following components:
ASSESSMENTS
Participants will complete a comprehensive wellness and performance assessment to identify areas of strength and areas that need improvement. Initially, assessments will include a physical fitness assessment, a lifestyle assessment, and a resilience assessment. In addition, participants will be queried multiple times weekly across six wellness domains so coaches can provide timely support.
PERSONALIZED PLAN
Participants will work with a network of professionals trained to develop a personalized plan based on their assessment results. This plan will include evidence-based physical activity, nutrition, stress management, and self-care recommendations.
COACHING
Participants will work with a network of professionals to identify specific areas where they would like to improve their performance. This could include areas such as time management, communication skills, public speaking, or leadership skills.
WORKSHOPS AND WEBINARS
Known as the Performance Lounge, the program will offer a series of workshops and webinars on various topics related to wellness and performance. These sessions will be led by experts in the field and will provide participants with evidence-based strategies and tools they can apply to their daily lives.
SUPPORTIVE COMMUNITY
Participants will have access to a supportive community of peers who are also working on improving their wellness and performance. This community will provide a space for participants to share their experiences, provide support to one another, and celebrate their successes.
