Arcata, CA - The Westminster Men's Soccer team kicked off their 2024 season with a hard-fought match against Cal Poly Humboldt. The Griffins trailed for most of the game by one goal, until Parker Stebbing came through in the 75th minute with a crucial game-tying goal, helping Westminster secure a 1-1 draw.
The Griffins put consistent pressure on the opposition, registering six shots on goal and a total of 11 shots overall. They also dominated in corner kicks, earning seven compared to just one by Cal Poly Humboldt.
