Palm Desert, CA - The Westminster Women's golf team displayed skill and resilience as they concluded their event in Palm Desert, California, finishing tied for 5th in the team leaderboard. Tuesday Epperson and Ellie DeMond showcased their talent, both securing a commendable 10th place in the player leaderboard.
In addition to Epperson and DeMond's impressive performances, Halle Parkin concluded the event in 22nd place, while Kya Sponenburgh and Jailee Snow finished in 25th and 29th place respectively.
"Our Spring Break outing has been very successful," said head coach Denise Larson. "I love seeing round 2 improvements and girls finishing top ten in events."
Following their successful showing in California, the Griffins now have the opportunity to recharge and regroup before their next challenge. On March 23, they will travel to Pueblo, Colorado, where they will compete at the Walking Stick Golf Club, aiming to build on their recent success and continue their upward trajectory in the standings.
