Denver, CO - The Westminster Women's Soccer team held their ground against MSU-Denver on Friday night, going into halftime tied 0-0. However, the Roadrunners managed to break the deadlock with a second-half goal, handing the Griffins a 1-0 defeat on the road.
Goalkeeper Brooklyn Northcutt had a strong performance, stopping four shots to keep the game close. The Griffins offense was active with 12 total shots, eight of which were on target, but they couldn't find the back of the net.
