Salt Lake City, UT - It was senior day for the Westminster Griffins as senior Lauren Shoughro led the team in goals where she added four on the day, but it was Colorado Mesa who came a way with 18-7 win in Utah. 

The Mavericks came a way with a quick goal to start the game, but Shania Shoughro evened up the score at the nine minute mark of the first quarter of play, but after that goal by the Griffins the Mavericks rallied off 12 straight goals to take the commanding lead until the Griffins would hit the net for back-to-back goals in the second quarter.

Hannah Kellenher was the teams second leading goal scorer with a pair of goals on the day, as Gabriella was the goalie for the Griffins on the defensive side of the field.
