Gunnison, CO -- — Ashley Greenwood scored 24 points as
Margarita Satini added 20 points and Westminster finished the regular season on a three-game winning streak with a 71-64 victory over Western Colorado on Friday night.
Lyndzi Rich's two free throws were the final two points of regulation as the Griffins sent the game into overtime after trailing for the majority of the game.
Westminster then held off Western Colorado in overtime 15-11 to come away with the road win to end the regular season in Colorado.
Rae Falatea had a big layup late in the fourth quarter and added a free-throw to give the Griffins a late lead as she dropped 13 points with a pair of steals, assists, and rebounds.
Rachel Cockman led the way for the Mountaineers with a game-high 29 points and Emmery Wagstaff ended her night with 23 points.
Now the Griffins will wait for the rest of the RMAC teams to finish out their seasons tomorrow night as the conference tournament will be released after tomorrow's games.
