Salt Lake City, UT.— The Men's and Women's Ski teams of Westminster College are prepared to hit the slopes yet again as the snow has been falling all winter long in Utah and even more where their season will begin, in Park City, UT.
The Griffins ski teams are set to kick off their season on Thursday here at Westminster Invitational Slalom on Jan 26 at the
Snowbird Ski Resort. Shortly, after their home event in the Utah mountains, skiers head to Montana for the MSU Invitational to end the month of January.
Stay tuned to Westminster Griffin's social media for upcoming times and events for the season.
The Griffins will continue their schedule as they head to the University of Colorado at the University of Colorado/Spencer J. Nelson Memorial Invitational for back-to-back events of the Giant Slalom on Feb. 9 and 10, but that won't be their only events in Colorado as they will travel to the Denver Invitational.
The season regular season will wrap up with a trip out to Alaska at the Alaska Anchorage Invitational on Feb. 21 and 23 as the Griffins will then prepare for the RMISA Championship during the week of Feb. 23-25 and then see where they are at as the NCAA Championship will begin on March 8.
