SALT LAKE CITY - The Westminster Griffins were led by
Eden Freiberg who added 10 goals and three assists as her teammate
Lauren Shoughro added five other goals to help the Grffins defeat CSU-Pueblo Thunderwolves 23-12 to capture another conference win for the record books.
Maddie Kellenher scored 4 goals and
Hannah Kelleher added two of her own with two assists.
Katelyn Johsnon and
Grace Rappl each had one of their shots hit the back of the net help Westminster total 23 goals on the Dumke Field on Sunday.
Westminster will look to continue their success as they begin the longest road trip of the season. It will be a four-game road trip in Colorado as they won't return home until April 28. The road trip begins April 14, with a matchup with Adams State. All games home or away are broadcasted live on the RMAC Network.
