Fairbanks, AK - Pierce Sterling and
Taylor Miller found a way to knock down some big three-point shots on Saturday night in Alaska, but despite hitting a few key shots down the stretch, it wasn't enough to have the Westminster Griffins head back to Salt Lake City, UT with a win, as the
University of Alaska Fairbanks defeated Westminster 72-65 as the Griffins go 0-2 in the state of "The Last Frontier."
Miller was the leading player to add 17 points on the night after knocking down a late three in the second half.

Trey Farrer who had a double-double the night before was the next leading scorer for the Griffins as he had another double-double with 11 points and 10 rebounds in the loss.
