Griffins Set for Weekend Trip to Play at No. 12 Regis and Colorado School of Mines

Westminster men's basketball would look to build on a three-game win streak on the road this Friday and Saturday.

SALT LAKE CITY - Riding a three-game winning streak, Westminster men's basketball (8-8, 8-0 RMAC) gets set to head to Denver to take on 12th-ranked Regis (13-1, 8-0 RMAC) on Friday night followed by a trip to Golden to take on Colorado School of Mines on Saturday night.  Both games are scheduled to tip-off at 7 p.m. (MDT).

Game Info:
- Per local COVID-19 safety protocols in the Denver metro area, all spectators in attendance will be required to wear face coverings at this weekend's games at Colorado School of Mines and Regis.

- Westminster heads into the week coming off of three-straight wins after a 2-0 home weekend last week.
- The Griffins beat Colorado Christian, 60-47, on Friday before taking out MSU Denver, 80-55 on Saturday.
- The Griffins had their best shooting night of the season finishing .524 from the floor as a team.  Westminster connected on a season-high 11 three's in Saturday's win over the Roadrunners.
- Westminster pulled in a season-high 43 rebounds in this past Friday's win over Colorado Christian and currently sit in third in the RMAC with 37.1 rebounds per game.

Westminster will be back at home for a four-game home stand beginning next weekend as it hosts Western Colorado on Fri., Jan. 28, and Fort Lewis on Sat., Jan. 29.
