SALT LAKE CITY - Westminster men's soccer (1-3) will embark on a southbound road trip to compete in the Midwestern State Univ. (4-0) on Thursday at 6:30 p.m. (MDT) followed by a match against Texas A&M International (1-2) on Saturday at 2 p.m. (MDT).

- Live streaming will be available through the Lone Star Conference Digital Network.  Viewers can purchase access to live streams for $10 each.

Scouting the Griffins:
- Graduate transfer, Carlos Becerra-Gomez, was responsbile for putting an end to Westminster's scoring woes, netting a seventh-minute goal to get the Griffins off to a flying start in their 3-0 win over Montana State Billings.  Becerra-Gomez later assisted on the Griffins' third goal of the day, also his first of the season.
- Luke Merrill has provided an offensive threat all season, creating opportunities for the Griffins' attack from his right winger position and played a major role in Westminster breaking its scoring slump with his first goal of the season against Mont. State Billings.  Merrill also assisted on the Griffins 9th-minute goal against MSU Billings.
- Ian Rose, after sitting out the Griffins' loss to S.F. State, returned to the starting eleven and allowed just a single goal as Westminster played with 10 for the majority of last week's loss to NNU.  Rose was stellar on Saturday, making six saves and controlling his net in a clean sheet performance in which he saw 14 total shots to help Westminster earn its first win of the season, a 3-0 victory over MSU Billings.
- The last time the Griffins went two or more consecutive regular season matches without a goal scored under Head Coach Josh Pittman (2018), they responded with 12 goals in the following three matches.

- Westminster is 1-1 all-time vs. Texas A&M International, splitting the previous two contests in 2018 and 2019, respectively.  The Griffins won the first match 2-1 before losing 3-2 on a neutral field in St. George, Utah.
