SALT LAKE CITY - Westminster women's soccer (RV) (4-1-2, 1-1-1 RMAC) will look to improve on its No. 6 NCAA South Central Region ranking as it takes on a pair of RMAC foes at home this weekend, beginning with Regis (6-3, 3-1 RMAC) on Friday at 4:30 p.m., followed by Colorado School of Mines (7-1-2, 4-0 RMAC) on Sunday at 12 p.m.

- Westminster (RV) (4-1-2, 1-1-1 RMAC) came in at No. 6 in the latest NCAA DII South Central Region rankings this week after an 0-1-1 weekend on the road last week.
- The Griffins went ahead, 2-0, in the first half at fifth-ranked UCCS last Friday, but eventually fell, 3-2, in overtime. Westminster again took an early lead against CSU Pueblo, but conceded a late equalizer in a 1-1 draw on Sunday afternoon.
- Westminster is tied for second in the conference with just six goals allowed through eight games (.75 goals/game).
- Westminster has scored first in all eight matches so far this season and midfielders,
Alexa Maple (3) and

About the Rangers:
- Regis (6-3, 3-1 RMAC) split its first two road conference matches last weekend, losing, 2-1, at MSU Denver before rebounding with a 2-1 win at Black Hills State.
- The Rangers began their RMAC schedule with a resounding 7-0 win over N.M. Highlands and a 4-3 win vs. Adams State.
- That seven-goal outburst at N.M. Highlands helped Regis climb to the top of the conference in scoring with 31 goals (3.44 goals/game) as a team so far this season.
- Regis scored a season-high in a 10-1 win over Southern Nazarene earlier this season and have scored at least three in five separate matches so far this fall.
- Junior forward, Kelby Kuo, from Scottsdale, Ariz., leads the RMAC in scoring with nine goals and is also the conference's leader with nine assists.
- Regis leads the series with Westminster as the Griffins are 3-4-1 all-time against the Rangers, however, Westminster has won three of the last four.
- The Griffins defeated Regis, 2-0, in the RMAC Conference Tournament back in 2019, after a 1-0 loss to the Rangers earlier that season.
About the Orediggers:
- Colorado School of Mines (7-1-2, 4-0 RMAC) will be in Grand Junction, Colo., taking on Colorado Mesa on Friday afternoon to begin the week.
- Mines went 2-0 in a split road/home weekend, beating Black Hills State 4-0 away and then topping MSU Denver 1-0 at home.
- Colorado School of Mines begins the week atop the RMAC women's soccer table as the only 4-0 team after two weekends of conference play.
- Mines players took home all three RMAC Player of the Week honors as
Reese McDermott (Offensive Player of the Week), Katie Koehler (Defensive Player of the Week), and Sierra Roth (Goalkeeper of the Week) were each recognized by the league.
- Mines has 10 different goal scorers this season led by
McDermott and fellow true-freshman,
Lauren Clingman, with three each.
- Westminster is still searching for its first win against Colorado School of Mines as the Orediggers own a 4-0 record all-time. Colo. School of Mines won the last matchup, 1-0, back in 2018.
