SALT LAKE CITY - Westminster volleyball (4-15, 2-8 RMAC) travels back to Colorado this weekend for another pair of RMAC contests beginning with a Friday night match at CSU Pueblo (14-4, 8-2 RMAC) beginning at 7 p.m., followed by a match at UC-Colorado Springs (5-12, 2-8 RMAC) on Saturday at 5 p.m.

About the Griffins:
- In its last match, a 3-0 win over Black Hills State, Westminster had its highest hitting percentage (.455) in the NCAA-era and the first match for the Griffins hitting over .400 since 2007. The offensive explosion was the second-highest attack percentage as a team in the RMAC this season.
- Westminster had a season-low five errors as a team in last Saturday's win over BHSU including a .556 hitting percentage as a team in the second set.

Olivia Curtis led Westminster with 13 kills against BHSU and had a season-high .813 hitting percentage with zero attack errors on her 16 attempts. Her. 813 attack percentage was the fourth-highest for a single match in the RMAC this season and the sixth most in the NCAA for an individual with 15-19 attempts.

Avery Alger ranks 10th in the RMAC with a .311 attack percentage for the season
Bri Mortensen's 7.12 assists/set is ninth best in the conference.

Katie Jacox's 29 service aces are the fourth most in the RMAC this season and
Alanna Lee's is 11th in the conference with 3.73 digs/set.
- Westminster's sweep of Black Hills State snapped a seven-match win streak as the Griffins hope to surpass their conference win total from two years ago, the last season with a full slate of RMAC volleyball matches.
About the Thunderwolves:
- CSU Pueblo has won five of its last six after a 2-0 weekend last week. The Thunderwolves swept Fort Lewis at home last Friday and took out Western Colorado, 3-1, on Saturday afternoon.
- CSU Pueblo won its first six matches of the season and finished non-conference action at 6-2. The Thunderwolves have since gone 8-2 in RMAC matches with a five-set loss to then third-ranked MSU Denver and a 3-1 loss at Regis back on Oct. 9.
- CSU Pueblo has seen five matches go the distance, going 4-1 with its one loss coming at the hands of now top-ranked MSU Denver.
- Jazzy Espinoza leads the team and ranks 11th in the RMAC with a .295 attack percentage while Payton Stack follows right behind, ranking 12th in the conference with .293 hitting.
- Espinoza is first in the RMAC in total blocks (74) and fourth in blocks per set (1.09). Stack (eighth, 60) and Milica Djukic (13th, 48) also rank amongst the conference leaders in total blocks.
- Hannah Delor is the RMAC's current leader in total service aces (35) and teammate Elaine Thibadeau ranks seventh in the conference with 25. Thibadeau, a libero/defensive specialist, is also sixth in the RMAC with 4.00 digs per set.
About the Mountain Lions:
- UCCS has dropped four of five matches with its lone win coming in five sets over Western Colorado last Friday.
- Against the Mountaineers, three Mountain Lions accounted for at least 13 kills and
Lauryn Shockley led both teams with 19 kills and hit .333 at the net while adding eight digs and three blocks.
- Westminster and UCCS currently sit in a four-way tie for 12th in the RMAC with 2-8 records in conference play to this point.
- The Mountain Lions went five sets in both of their matches last weekend. UCCS has had seven five-set matches this season, going 3-4 in those contests.
- Chrissy Elder is in her ninth season as the Head Coach for the University of Colorado Colorado Springs volleyball program in 2021 after seven consecutive RMAC Tournament appearances for the Mountain Lions.
- Westminster is 1-7 all-time against UCCS after beating the Mountain Lions, 3-1, back in January for its first win in the series.
