SALT LAKE CITY—The men's basketball season got 2021 started with a 65-60 home-win over Chadron State. They are on the road this weekend with games at Colorado Christian on Friday at 7 pm and MSU Denver on Saturday at 7 pm. Watch the games live on the

The Griffins and Mountain Lions have played nine times since 2010. Westminster leads the series 7-2, are 5-0 at home and 2-2 at CCU. Westminster won the first game, 69-64, at home on Nov. 27, 2010, and went on a four-game win-streak.
Friday's game is the second time these teams will meet this season. In the opening weekend of the season, Westminster defeated CCU, 79-71, in Salt Lake City.
Westminster is third in the conference standings. They were picked tied-10
th in the RMAC Preseason Coaches' Poll with Western Colorado.
