Jai Jai Ely played their final game at Westminster (16-12, 11-11 RMAC) Friday night against #25 Dixie State (22-6, 17-5 RMAC).
 
The Griffins were playing for a chance to continue the season into the RMAC Championship and the Trailblazers were shooting for a RMAC regular season title.
 
A bit of a nervy start as both teams were scoreless for nearly two minutes suffering missed attempts and turnovers. Monson broke the deadlock with a layup and plus one. 
Jai Jai Ely put Westminster up by six with a three after a Dixie turnover.
 
Jack Pagenkopf put Dixie on the board with a three which prompted a 12-0 run for the lead which Dixie would hold the rest of the night.
 
Jake Connor led the Griffins with 15 points making 4-6 from three and shooting 5-8 from the field.
 
Alec Monson was the only other to score double digits for the Griffins. Monson went 5-12 from the field for 11 points.
 
Brandon Warr was just shy of a double-double with nine points and eight rebounds.
 
The Griffins finished 11
th, just one spot short of the RMAC Championship.
