Box Score SPEARFISH, S.D.--Westminster's loss to Black Hills State will sting. After leading for nearly 35 minutes, the Griffins lost the lead with just a minute left in the game.

A productive first half saw both teams shoot above 60% from the field. The Griffins edged the home side for the lead, 47-43, making 6-8 from three and 5-8 from the stripe.

Both offenses dropped in the second half. Westminster went 10-32 from the field with just one three and 2-2 from the stripe. The Yellow Jackets went 10-26 from the field with five threes and 7-10 from the stripe.

Joey Andrews and Isaiah Banks led the Griffins in scoring with 21 and 17 points respectively. Andrews shot 9-11 from the field and 3-4 from three. Banks was 6-11 from the field, 1-3 from three and 4-6 from the stripe.

Brandon Willardson led the Griffins with eight rebounds and Andrews grabbed six.
