The Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) announced the 2020 all-academic awards and first team for men's and women's cross country. The Griffins totaled 16 student-athletes that received recognition on the first team or honor roll.

143 men and women earned All-Academic recognition this season, including 74 student-athletes on the women's side which marked the third highest number for women's cross country.Zoe Baker of Colorado School of Mines was named women's All-Academic Player of the Year. Taylor Stack of Western Colorado was named men's All-Academic Player of the Year.

The award winners and First Team All-Academic members were voted on by the conference's sports information directors. A student-athlete must have been an active student at the institution for at least two consecutive semesters, or three consecutive quarters, and carry a cumulative 3.30 grade point average to be eligible for consideration.

All student-athletes that met those requirements but were not selected for First Team automatically qualified for Honor Roll.

The women's team had nine honorees with an average cumulative GPA of 3.81.
Hannah Rohrer-Fitzhugh and
Saydi Anderson were named to the All-Academic First Team.

Josii Johnson were named to the honor roll.

Andrew Ross, with an average cumulative GPA of 3.65.
