SALT LAKE CITY – Westminster men's basketball returns home this weekend for a pair of conference matchups, hosting Regis on Friday, January 17 and Colorado Christian on Saturday, January 18.
The Griffins (9-6, 4-5 RMAC) split a pair of road contests last weekend, beating Chadron State and losing to MSU Denver.
Westminster is tied for seventh place in the RMAC with four other teams, including Regis (9-6, 4-5 RMAC). Colorado Christian (1-14, 1-8) has lost five straight after picking up its lone victory of the season against UCCS.
Brandon Warr is leading the Griffins on both scoring and rebounding, putting up 16.3 points and grabbing 9.2 boards per game.
Alec Monson is averaging 12.5 points, 5.6 rebounds and a team-high 3.7 assists per game.
Jai Jai Ely and
Jake Connor add 12.4 points and 11.5 points per game, respectively.
Both games are set to tip off at 7:30 p.m. and will be streamed live on the
RMAC Network.
