Westminster women's volleyball (2-9, 0-4 RMAC) returns home for a non-conference matchup against Montana Western on Tuesday, then hits the road for RMAC play at Fort Lewis College on Friday and Adams State on Saturday. All three games will be streamed on the
RMAC Network.
Scouting the Griffins
After winning two of their first three games, the Griffins have lost eight in a row and are looking for their first conference win.
Audrey Green is averaging 3.13 kills per set, and
Sydnee Simmons has a hitting percentage of .313 to lead the team.
Scouting the Competition
Montana Western (7-10, 0-4 Frontier Conference) has lost its last four matches to begin conference play. Miranda Halverson leads the Bulldogs with 3.5 kills per set.
Fort Lewis College (4-9, 0-4 RMAC) has lost six in a row including its first four RMAC matches. The Skyhawks have yet to win a set in conference play.
Adams State (4-9, 0-4 RMAC) has lost five matches in a row.
Westminster Women's Volleyball at a Glance
The Griffins are coming off a 7-19 season in 2018 and have a new coach heading in 2019.
Karrin Moore enters her first season with Westminster, coming from Pace University (NCAA Division II) in New York where she served as head coach for nine seasons.
