Griffins Set to Host ThunderWolves, Cowgirls

Westminster women's soccer will host a pair of conference opponents this weekend. CSU-Pueblo visits Dumke Field on Friday, October 25, and New Mexico Highlands comes to Salt Lake on Sunday, October 27. Both games will be streamed on the RMAC Network.

Scouting the Griffins
The Griffins (8-3-2, 5-3-1 RMAC) are coming off a two-win weekend and have won their last three games. Westminster has given up just one goal during the winning streak. Six different players have scored two goals each to lead a balanced attack.

Scouting the Opposition
CSU-Pueblo (6-6-1, 5-3-1 RMAC) and Westminster come into Thursday's match with identical conference records. The ThunderWolves split a pair of matches last weekend and have won four of their last five. Madison Jepperson and Justine Martinez have scored four goals each to lead the offense.

New Mexico Highlands (0-11-0, 0-9-0 RMAC) is winless on the season. The offense has scored two goals twice in the last three games. Janis Martinez leads the Cowgirls with four goals.

Westminster Women's Soccer at a Glance
The Griffins enter their 13th season of competition in 2019. Westminster finished last season 14-4-2 and 10-2-1 on conference play, making an appearance in the RMAC Tournament and the NCAA Division II College Cup. Head coach Tony LeBlanc is in his 13th season as the Griffins' head coach.
