ROAD TRIP CONTINUES AGAINST RANGERS

Westminster is two games into a five-game road trip to finish the season.  The Griffins split results, defeating New Mexico Highlands, 67-62, and falling to CSU-Pueblo, 67-78.  They are eighth in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) standings, 12-7 in the conference and 13-10 overall.

This week, Westminster travels to Regis University for a single game.  The game is scheduled to tip-off at 5:00 p.m. MST.  The game will be broadcast on the RMAC Network.  Live stats will also be available online.
 
ABOUT THE GRIFFINS

The Griffins average 62.9 points per game and lead the conference shooting 42.7 percent from the field.  They are third in three-point shooting percentage, 33.7 percent,  and fifth in free throw percentage, 74.0 percent.  The team makes 11.0 free throws and 5.4 three-pointers a game.
 
Denise Gonzalez is fifth in the conference in scoring and leads the team, averaging 15.2 points per game.  She ranks fifth shooting 42.6 percent from the field.  She leads the conference in steals and is second in assists, averaging 2.9 steals and 4.9 assists per game.
 
Hunter Krebs is seventh in the conference in scoring, averaging 14.6 points per game, and leads the conference in field goal percentage, shooting 59.0 percent from the field.  She is 82.8 percent from the free throw line, ranking fourth in the conference.
 
The Griffins are 10^th in scoring defense, allowing 61.4 points per game.  They average 34.6 rebounds with -1.0 margin.  They average 7.8 steals per game, 2.3 blocked shots, and 14.0 points off of turnovers.
 
Gonzalez and Krebs lead the team in rebounding, Gonzalez with 122 and Krebs with 121.  Sydnee Taylor has pulled down 102 rebounds.
