Griffins Visit Chadron, Regis
The Westminster men's basketball team will head back on the road for a pair of Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference games this weekend. The Griffins will play at Chadron State on Friday at 5:30 p.m. MST in Chadron, Neb. They will then battle Regis on Saturday at 7:30 p.m. MST in Denver.
Saturday's game will be broadcast live on Comcast Entertainment Television (CET), which is available in Utah to Comcast subscribers on XFINITY Channel 6.
Both games of the road trip will also be available on the RMAC Network (

Zerrion Payton is scoring 14.3 points per game this season. He leads the Griffins with 42 assists and has added 59 rebounds, 11 steals, and five blocked shots. Payton has scored in double figures nine times this season with a pair of 20-point performances.

Travis Devashrayee has been a spark for the Griffins off the bench this season. The sophomore is currently scoring 7.5 points per game while making 15 triples to tie for the team lead. Devashrayee leads the RMAC in 3-point field goal percentage at 68.2 percent. He starts the week having made 9 of his previous 11 attempts from beyond the arc.
