Griffins Visit Chadron, Regis
The Westminster men's basketball team will head back on the road for a pair of Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference games this weekend. The Griffins will play at Chadron State on Friday at 5:30 p.m. MST in Chadron, Neb. They will then battle Regis on Saturday at 7:30 p.m. MST in Denver.
 
Saturday's game will be broadcast live on Comcast Entertainment Television (CET), which is available in Utah to Comcast subscribers on XFINITY Channel 6.
 
Both games of the road trip will also be available on the RMAC Network (RMACsports.tv) with the host institution producing the content. Live stats can also be accessed during the action both nights. Links for all live features are available at WestminsterGriffins.com/live.
 
About the Griffins
Westminster will take to the road at 5-6 overall this season. They are 5-4 in RMAC action and currently sit seventh in the conference standings. The Griffins have gone 2-3 on the road this season. They split two home games last weekend and have dropped three of their last four games overall.

Immediate Impact
Junior Dayon Goodman has made an immediate impact on the team during his first year with the program. Goodman currently leads the Griffins in scoring at 15.0 points per game while grabbing a team-best 6.8 rebounds per game. He has scored in double figures eight times this season with a pair of 20-point outings. Goodman shoots 47.3 percent from the field and is third in the RMAC by blocking 1.5 shots per game.
 
Mr. Everything
After leading the team in scoring and being named second team all-conference last season, Zerrion Payton is scoring 14.3 points per game this season.  He leads the Griffins with 42 assists and has added 59 rebounds, 11 steals, and five blocked shots. Payton has scored in double figures nine times this season with a pair of 20-point performances.
 
Travis for Three
Travis Devashrayee has been a spark for the Griffins off the bench this season. The sophomore is currently scoring 7.5 points per game while making 15 triples to tie for the team lead. Devashrayee leads the RMAC in 3-point field goal percentage at 68.2 percent. He starts the week having made 9 of his previous 11 attempts from beyond the arc.

• Chadron State is 2-12 overall this season and has dropped six of seven.
