The Westminster women's soccer team concludes the 2015 season on Sunday when they travel to Grand Junction, Colo., to face Colorado Mesa University. The final game of the year starts at noon from Walker Field.
Sunday's game will not count towards the final regular season Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference standings.

ABOUT WESTMINSTERWestminster will enter the final game of the season at 9-6-1 overall and they completed RMAC play with a 5-5-1 record. The Griffins are currently fifth in the conference standings with 16 points. They have gone 4-4-1 in road games this season and are 3-0-1 in the past four outings overall.
The Griffins rank fourth in the RMAC by scoring 1.25 goals per game and they are taking 11.56 shots per content. The team has put 48.1 percent of their shots on goal and sit fourth in the league with 13 assists and an average of 0.81 assists per game. They have taken 61 corner kicks and scored 13 of their 20 goals after halftime.
Defensively, Westminster is third in the RMAC in having allowed just 14 goals all season. The team has a 0.85 goals-against-average with 48 saves and .774 save percentage. The Griffins allow just 8.0 shots per game with 48.4 percent of them on goal. Westminster is third in the RMAC with seven shutouts and they haven't allowed a goal in the last 184 minutes of action.
Senior
Rylei North has scored a team-best five goals and she is tied for fifth in the RMAC with that total. She also ranks tied for seventh in the league with 11 points and tied for sixth by averaging 0.73 points per game.
Madison Roemer has scored four goals and tallied nine points while leading the team with 44 shots to sit sixth in the RMAC.
Madeline Orr and
Megan Molumby have scored three goals apiece with
McKell Kellogg adding two.
Korral Koehler leads the team with five assists and she is tied for first in the conference with that total and with her 0.31 assists per game average.
Heidi Lorschider and
Alicia May have two assists apiece.
Abi Yanke has made 12 starts in goal and gone 8-3 with five shutouts in those outings. She currently leads the conference with her 0.62 GAA while making 34 saves and posting an .829 save percentage. Her five shutouts are tied for second-most in the RMAC.
Breanna Empey has a 1.37 GAA and .667 save percentage in six appearances and four starts this season.
Yanke was named the RMAC Goalkeeper of the Week on Tuesday after recording seven saves in back-to-back shutouts last weekend. She became the first Griffin in any sport to be honored with a weekly award by the conference.
SCOUTING THE OPPOSITION• Colorado Mesa – The Mavericks enter the final week of the season at 4-9-4 overall and they finished 3-6-2 in RMAC games. They will miss out on the conference tournament with just 11 points and they currently sit tied for eighth in the standings. CMU has gone 3-3-2 at home this season and they have won three straight games and gone 3-1-2 in the last six contests.
The only other meeting between the two programs was the Griffins 1-0 win at Dumke Field on September 30 of this season.
