LAS VEGAS, Nev. – The Westminster College men's basketball team lost their first game of the year on Saturday with an 88-69 loss against No. 4 Concordia (Calif.) at the Las Vegas Classic.

Westminster falls to 6-1 to start the season and they finish 1-1 at the Vegas event.  Westminster defeated Cal State San Marcos 76-66 on Friday night.

Ben Walker led the Griffins with 21 points against Concordia (2-0).  Jake Orchard added 19 points in the loss.

The Griffins will return to action on Thursday when they face Cal State Monterey Bay in Seaside, Calif.
