CALDWELL, Idaho – The Westminster College women's volleyball team dropped a 3-0 decision to No. 7 College of Idaho on Saturday night.  This is the second straight night that Westminster has lost to a ranked team on the road.

With the 8-25, 19-25, 22-25 loss, Westminster drops to 7-9 on the year while the College of Idaho improves to 13-1 with the victory.

Ashley Marchant led the Griffins with eight kills while also picking up eight digs.  Alexis Aalona and Andrea Christensen finished with three kills apiece.  Katie Vance and Emily Atkinson each recorded two service aces while Kyndall Kordakis picked up 13 digs.

Kylee Nawahine led the Yotes with 13 kills and the team finished with a 50-21 advantage in total kills.  Torrey Hulsey and Danielle Montalbo posted nine kills apiece.

Westminster will return to action on Tuesday when they host Colorado Mesa College at 7 p.m. in the Behnken Field House.  It will be camper reunion night with an autograph session following the match.
