Box Score CALDWELL, Idaho – The Westminster women's soccer team got a goal from Jessica Harris late in the first half to defeat the College of Idaho 1-0 on Sunday afternoon. Westminster wins for the fifth straight game and improves to 6-4-1 on the season.

Harris knocked home a rebound off the crossbar from Heather Hilliam with 34 seconds left in the first half, slotting the ball underneath C of I keeper Melissa Holmes, for the game-winner. The goal is the second career goal for Harris and second is as many games for the freshman. Lindsay Bekken earned her seventh shutout of the season between the pipes for the Griffins.

Westminster will return to the pitch when they host Rocky Mountain College at Dumke Field on Sunday, October 3. That Frontier Conference game will begin at noon.
