Box Score SALT LAKE CITY - Carroll College scored a goal in the 75th minute to beat Westminster 1-0 on Tuesday evening. The Griffins played the game even throughout, but couldn't manage a goal of their own in the loss. With the defeat the Griffins fall to 5-7-1 on the season and 0-2-0 in the Frontier Conference.

The Carroll goal came from Meghan O'Connell off a brilliant cross into the box from Tayt Ellison. O'Connell put it past the keeper from 10-yards out. Westminster finished the game with an 11-9 advantage in shots, including seven shots that were turned away by the Carroll keeper.

Westminster now heads to Cedar City, Utah for a game against Southern Utah on Saturday, October 11.
