Karrin Moore enters her third season as the head coach of the women's volleyball program in 2021.  She took charge in the spring of 2019, becoming the sixth head coach to lead the program.

In one of the most difficult logistical years in the history of collegiate athletics amidst the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020-21, coach Moore saw her team improve on its season win total from 2019 while playing eight fewer matches over the Spring 2021 schedule.  The Griffins recorded conference wins over Chadron State, South Dakota Mines, Colorado Christian University and Adams State.  Outside-hitter Audrey Green was named to the All-RMAC Second Team, and five—Tasha Arnold, Katie Culver, Katie Jacox, Lydia Miller and Green—earned All-Academic Honor Roll recognition with a 3.918 combined cumulative GPA.

Westminster won five matches in 2019 with two conference wins over New Mexico Highlands University and Western Colorado University.  Eleven Griffins received All-Academic Honor Roll recognition and combined for a 3.769 cumulative GPA. Green earned All-RMAC Honorable Mention

Moore joined the Griffins from Pace University where she was the head coach for nine seasons (2010-2018).  Moore served as an assistant coach for Bentley University (Mass.), under American Volleyball Coaches Association Hall of Fame Coach Sandy Hoffman, and one season as an assistant coach at Wheaton College (Mass.).

She had six winning seasons at Pace and compiled a 140-144 (.493) overall and 58.53 (.523) conference record. The Setters made the Northeast 10 tournament six times and qualified for the NCAA Regional tournament twice. Moore recruited and coached a conference libero of the year, an Eastern College Athletic Conference Rookie of the Year, one third team All-American, six AVCA All-Region selections and 16 all-conference selections.

Prior to Pace, she'd helped Bentley University qualify for the conference and NCAA regional tournament on three separate occasions.

She received her bachelor's degree in 2006 from Northeastern University (Mass.) where she was a student-athlete on the women's volleyball team.
