Westminster University Athletics

Jessica Harris from the women's soccer team has been named a Westminster College Student-Athlete of the Month for November. A senior from Kaysville, Utah, Harris led the Griffins to the Unaffiliated Conference Tournament championship and a trip to the NAIA National Championships for the second time in school history.

Harris was named to the All-Frontier Conference and was the Unaffiliaed Conference Player of the Year after scoring seven goals during the season. She set a new career high with those seven goals and she added one assist to notch 15 points. She scored four goals during the final six games of the season, including the game-winner in the Griffins 1-0 win over Rocky Mountain (Mont.) in the conference tournament title game.
